We are excited to welcome a delegation from The Association of British HealthTech Industries(ABHI) to the UT Health Science Center campus on September 19, 2024. 

ABHI, a United Kingdom organization supporting the HealthTech community, provides products and services that help people live healthier lives. ABHI members include both multinationals and small and medium sized enterprises that supply products from syringes and wound dressings to surgical robots and digitally enhanced technologies. The delegation will include representatives from UK companies who are interested in exploring partnerships in Tennessee.

The visit will kick off with a presentation by Professor Shafi Ahmed, a world renowned, multi award winning surgeon, teacher, futurist, innovator and entrepreneur. A 3x TEDx speaker and faculty at Singularity University, Dr. Ahmed  has delivered over 250 keynotes in 30 countries. 

A networking opportunity, with light refreshments will follow Professor Ahmed’s presentation. We hope you will join us for this opportunity to connect with the delegation and explore areas of mutual interest.
