Jolieke G. van Oosterwij

Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. van Oosterwijk was trained in translational medicine focusing on drug design and delivery. After working as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Fellow, she joined US Biologic and functions as their Chief Scientific Officer. She remains actively involved in academics and holds appointments at the University of Tennessee and the University of Memphis. At US Biologic, her focus is on developing new and equitable solutions for animals and humans, ranging from an oral Lyme vaccine targeting wild mice to an oral Flu vaccine for humans.
