Join us for a a webinar from ThermoFisher on a new mass spec instrument suitable for lipodomics research. Sven Hackbusch, PhD, Senior Application Scientist, AMER Centers of Excellence, will present on key features and characteristics of the Orbitrap Exploris 240 Mass Spectrometer. Topics will include: an investigative mouse model study to explore polar metabolites and lipids analyzed with two separate chromatographic techniques; and benefits of semi-targeted data acquisition for more confident identification.
About the speaker:
Sven Hackbusch joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Application Scientist in 2017, after obtaining his PhD at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Working in the LCMS product demonstration laboratory, he is providing customer support and developing new applications focused on metabolomics and lipidomics using Thermo Scientific Orbitrap technology.
