We are excited to announce APhA-ASP’s first pickleball tournament! This tournament will benefit the Melinda Rhea Garrett Scholarship Fundraiser. The Melinda Rhea Garrett Scholarship is in honor of a pharmacy student who fell ill and passed away during her first year of school in 2006. In the spring of that year, students at the UT Health Science Center College of Pharmacy established this scholarship in her memory. Each year, APhA-ASP hosts a fundraiser to raise money for this scholarship.

The tournament will be on Monday, October 28th at 4 pm on the UTHSC tennis courts. You can sign-up individually or with a partner. The cost is $5 per person for APhA members, and $10 per person for non-members (Venmo to UTHSCAPhA). Click this LINK to register today! Registration will close October 28 at 1 pm.
