A circuit class is a high-energy, full-body workout that moves you through a series of exercise stations, each targeting different muscle groups or fitness skills. You’ll rotate from one station to the next on a timed interval, combining strength training, cardio, and functional movements to keep your heart rate up and your body challenged.
