The 2026 Pharmacy Research Showcase, hosted by the UTHSC College of Pharmacy, the Rho Chi Honor Society, the Student College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the AAPS Student Chapter, will be held on Thursday, February 12, starting at 12 pm.

The showcase will feature oral and poster presentations given by graduate students and post-doctoral fellows working with college faculty, and PharmD students working with faculty or an outside pharmacy mentor.

• Keynote Speaker, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

• Oral Presentation Competition, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
• Reception and Awards Ceremony, 5:15 pm – 7:00 pm

Oral Research Presentation Competition: COP graduate students and postdoctoral trainees (PharmD and/or PhD Fellows) are encouraged to participate in the Oral Competition by submitting an abstract for consideration. Abstracts not selected for an oral presentation will be presented in the poster session. Selected finalists will present their talk in a 10-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute question/answer period. The winner in each division will be selected by a panel of judges. All oral presenters will receive a certificate and monetary award for their participation.

Rho Chi/SCCP PharmD Student Poster Competition: The PharmD student poster competition is open to all current UTHSC College of Pharmacy PharmD students. At the event, judges will visit each poster and rate the presentation. The winner will receive a certificate and a monetary award. NEW: An audio or video narration of their poster presentation is not required.
