Each year, the Office of Access and Compliance gives out U.S. Constitution Booklets in the Madison Plaza. The U.S. Constitution has served as the supreme law of the land for over 200 years, and along with the Bill of rights and other amendments, it guarantees the rights of U.S Americans. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) also recognizes those who are taking the initiative to become U.S. citizens. Therefore, September 17 is now recognized as Constitution and Citizenship Day.
