Who doesn’t love BRUNCH? This perfect weekend meal is the perfect time to relax, catch up with friends, and eat some tasty food!


On Saturday, April 10th at 11:00 AM, join the UTHSC Campus Cupboard and COM’s Culinary Medicine program to learn how to make frittatas, a great brunch food that can be customized to your tastes, and which fit into many different diets including vegetarian and gluten-free diets.


The best part? The Campus Cupboard will provide you the ingredients, for free! Just sign up using the RSVP function on this event and let us know whether you would like us to provide ingredients to you (if you want to procure the ingredients yourself, that is fine too!). Culinary Medicine will be providing awesome door prizes to students who attend, as well!
