We are excited to celebrate YOU with a few hours of Halloween fun, including: 

a free lunch and dessert, costume contest, pumpkin carving contest, monster freeze dance, guess the candy corn, best Halloween-decorated office space, and a free insulated tote bag for each employee 

IMPORTANT: 

You must register BEFORE Employee Appreciation Day to receive your FREE meal tickets and insulated tote bag! 

Monday, October 27 & Tuesday October 28 

9:00 am – 11:00 am 

Student-Alumni Center Gym 

**Tickets and tote bags WILL NOT be distributed on Friday October 31, at Employee Appreciation Day. Make sure to register on October 27 or October 28! 

Please note: if you are unable to make it to the registration event, you may send a copy of your badge with a co-worker who can get you registered, pick up your tickets, and water bottle. Employees are limited to registering up to five additional co-workers. 

We look forward to seeing you at registration in the SAC Gym on October 27/28, and then for Employee Appreciation Day on October 31 in Medical District Park!
