REGISTER NOW for Hanover's annual UTHSC on-site training. This 2-day event will consist of training sessions and individual consultations for faculty members (separate sign-up in InfoReady). 

DAY 2: THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16 

SESSIONS:

9:00 am – 10:15 am: Tips for Writing the Strongest Proposal Possible

10:30 am – 11:45 am: Planning Ahead for Successful Grant Seeking

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Opportunity for individual consultations (30 minutes) with faculty.*

*Steven Jax, PhD, Senior Grants Consultant, and the Hanover Research team will be available for one-on-one meetings during the on-site training November 15 and 16, 2023. These meetings provide a unique opportunity to discuss developing your research and your team's needs. Short and long term goals, action steps, and skills development are areas of expertise. Additionally, the team is available to provide prospecting, proposal review, and deep dive editing services.

Materials to submit prior to a consultation could include:

• Biosketch(es)
• Concept paper
• Background on grant opportunities of interest
• Draft proposal
• Draft specific aims statement
• Previously submitted proposals
• Summary statement(s)
• Reviewer feedback
• Specific questions for discussion or feedback
