Join us for a full-day, interactive mentoring workshop designed to strengthen the core competencies that support successful research and academic careers. Through case-based discussions and practical exercises, participants will focus on four essential mentoring skills: effective communication, assessing understanding, aligning expectations, and promoting independence.

Registration is required and will be capped at 40 participants to maintain an interactive learning environment.
