You are invited to join the Department of Pediatrics for their 12^th annual research conference on September 20, 2023. The theme of this year's conference is Research and Diversity: Superpowers when Linked.

The keynote speaker is Russell Ledet, MD, PhD, the James C. Hunt Visiting Distinguished Professor at the University of Indiana School of Medicine. Though he is still a trainee, Dr. Ledet is almost a celebrity having been interviewed on CNN, NBC, and the Kelly Clarkson Show, to list a few. He is also a constant guest at the U.S. congress, given his passion in empowering URM engagement in medicine. The title of his talk is
