Join Playback Memphis and examine how we can use humor to relieve stress and unlock joy in our lives. You will be led in brief exploratory activities and have the opportunity to participate in reflections about what you learned. No acting experience is necessary, simply an interest in learning more about our art form.
When you look back at this time, what will you remember about how you chose to be? Discover Playback wisdom and tools that will help enhance wellness and resiliency in your personal or professional life. This community lunch & learn series will have a closing session on February 28, 2023.
