“The Role of NIDDK-Supported Research in Diabetes Prevention and Treatment” 

 

Dr. Rodgers will introduce type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes and discuss how the long-term research supported by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) has shaped the way we prevent and treat diabetes today.  He will also mention NIDDK’s research training opportunities that are available for trainees at different stages.

 

All lectures will be in the Freeman Auditorium (930 Madison Avenue, 3rd Floor).  Light refreshments served.
